For Schools & Colleges

Bring the Assembly to your campus.

We partner with K–12 schools, districts, colleges, and universities to bring leadership, healing, and arts-based programming directly to Black, Brown, and Indigenous girls and women in your community.

K–12 Schools

Cohorts, residencies, and in-school programs for girls ages 12–17.

We embed our youth programs — I Am Assembly, LeadHers in Bloom, Bloom Lab Junior, Pen & Pulse, and Architects — into school days, after-school hours, advisory blocks, or dedicated electives. Programs are co-designed with school leadership, scoped to your calendar, and aligned with SEL and college/career-readiness goals.

Colleges & Universities

Sister Circles, leadership labs, and retreats for women on campus.

We partner with student affairs offices, multicultural centers, women's centers, and identity-based programs to deliver Sister Circle, The Culture Lab, The Bloom Collective, and Bloom Lab Women — sustained programming, weekend retreats, or speaker series for undergraduate and graduate women of color.

Districts & Systems

Multi-site partnerships and facilitator training at scale.

For districts and university systems ready to invest in long-term infrastructure, we offer multi-school cohorts, train-the-trainer certification for your staff, and integration support so the work continues after our facilitators leave the room.

What a Partnership Looks Like

Built around your context, not around ours.

Every school and campus is different. We start with a discovery conversation, design a scope that fits your calendar and budget, and pilot before we scale.

What We Bring

Everything you need to run a high-integrity program from day one.

Trained Facilitators of Color

Every program is led by women of color trained in trauma-informed, healing-centered, culturally responsive practice.

Full Curriculum & Materials

Session plans, participant workbooks, art supplies, and assessment tools — fully provided and ready to go.

Family & Community Engagement

Caregiver orientations, closing showcases, and family events so the work extends beyond the school day.

Outcomes Reporting

Pre/post assessments, attendance, qualitative reflections, and a written impact report at the close of each cohort.

What We Need From You

A few non-negotiables that make the work possible.

A Dedicated Space

A consistent, private room where the cohort can gather without interruption — circle seating, not rows.

An Internal Champion

One staff member — counselor, dean, faculty advisor — who holds the relationship on your side and helps recruit participants.

Time on the Calendar

Programs run 8–24 weeks depending on scope. We work with your bell schedule, semester structure, or program calendar.

A Funding Commitment

Programs are fee-based with sliding scale, grants, and Title I/IV alignment available. We help you find funding when budget is tight.
